Ebooks are instant downloads, and cannot be refunded. Please choose carefully.

Refunds may only be given for ebooks if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of the first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded if you notify us within 30 days of your order.

Print Books:

When you purchase print books from our Site, they will be shipped from Bookvault, usually in conjunction with a local print-on-demand distributor.

If you receive damaged or defective print books, or if your order has failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
